Are ORIWEST diffusers BPA-free?

Yes, all of our diffusers are made with BPA-free plastic.

 

How do you use the ORIWEST Ultrasonic aroma diffusers?

Just Fill the water to the water level indicator line and add a few drops of the essential oil or blend of your choice. Close the top cover in place and connect the AC adapter to the ORIWEST. Press the power button and enjoy!

 

My ORIWEST diffuser sometimes stops working with liquid still inside. Do I have a bad diffuser?

No, you do not have a bad diffuser. This sometimes happens if there is a buildup of oil at the base of the ceramic disc. To clean the ceramic disc with fresh water and let it dry completely. Once the disc is completely dry, add half the usual amount of water and 4-5 drops of white vinegar. Let the diffuser run for about 3-4 minutes, empty the reservoir, and your diffuser will work like new again. 

 

Do ORIWEST diffusers make noise while operating?

Our diffusers do not make any noise during operation besides the soothing sound of trickling water.

 

Can I use tap water to fill the reservoir in my ultrasonic aroma diffuser?

Yes, we recommend using regular tap water with our ultrasonic diffusers.

 

What is the standard warranty on ORIWEST DIFFUSERS?

All of our ultrasonic aroma diffusers include a 1 Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. The mini diffuser Breeze, Eva, Venus and i-Spa models include a 90 Days Warranty against manufacturing defects. You may contact us directly or the retailer where you purchased the diffuser for warranty claims.

 

Are ORIWEST oils 100% pure?

Yes, we sell only essential oils that are 100% pure. Our essential oils and other ingredients used in our remedies are also certified VEGAN & KOSHER.

 

I have a problem with my product, what is your return policy?

Please contact us immediately if you experience any problems with your purchase.

If this occurs within the first 30 days from date of purchase, you may visit the retailer where original purchase was made and they will verify the unit to confirm that there is indeed a manufacturing defect.  They may elect to offer you an exchange, a credit or a refund, depending on store policy.  Our warranties only cover manufacturing defects, exclude handling and shipping costs.  *You will also need a copy of the original sales receipt.
